This helmet is for Mountain Biking,BMX and Downhill racing. It is not a Motocross helmet. The Rampage is made with a fiberglass shell that is slimmer and lighter than its motocross brethren. The helmet is built with several ports to let air flow freely through the helmet keeping the rider cool. The helmet meets several standards for offroad riding such as CPSC and ASTM. The inside has an EPS liner with removable and washable cheek pads. This is a nice feature to have in order to keep your helmet fresh. The strap is nicely made with a moto inspired D-ring. Fox was generous and included a black drawstring helmet bag made out of nice thick fabric in order to protect your helmet from scratches when you're not wearing it. 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
